About Ignite

Ignite is a project boilerplate for React Native development, designed to accelerate app creation for both Expo and bare React Native projects. Developers use it to set up new projects with a pre-configured structure, essential tools, and best practices built in. The boilerplate includes a command-line interface for project initialization and code generators for creating components and models. It comes with curated libraries, sensible defaults, and access to the Ignite Cookbook, a collection of practical code recipes for common development tasks.

Ignite is developed by infinitered and written in TypeScript. The project offers documentation and maintains an active community for developer support. It provides integration with Expo and supports modern React Native features, allowing developers to focus on building their applications rather than setting up project infrastructure from scratch.
