About Nuxt
Nuxt is a full-stack framework for building web applications with Vue.js. It provides file-based routing, automatic imports, and server-side rendering capabilities that come configured by default, allowing developers to build fast, production-ready applications. The framework supports multiple rendering modes including server-side rendering, client-side rendering, and static site generation, with flexibility to choose the approach per page. Nuxt handles architectural setup so developers can focus on writing application code.
Nuxt is developed by nuxt and released under the MIT License. The framework is cross-platform and can be extended with over 200 modules to accelerate application delivery. It includes built-in features for data fetching, error handling, transitions, SEO optimization, and middleware, along with automatic optimizations for images, fonts, and scripts. Nuxt supports TypeScript with automatically generated types for type-safe development.
