About RAGFlow
RAGFlow is an open-source retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) engine and agent platform designed to provide context for large language models. It combines RAG capabilities with agent orchestration to process and retrieve information for AI systems. The platform includes document layout parsing, hybrid search combining vector search and BM25 with re-ranking, and data ingestion pipelines that cleanse and structure multi-format data. It also supports visual workflow design for building agents that integrate RAG, tools, and external connections.
RAGFlow is developed by infiniflow and distributed under the Apache 2.0 license. The engine is written in Go. The platform offers both free and paid tiers, with free accounts providing basic features and limited storage, while paid plans scale up with additional apps, team members, storage, and API access.
