About TensorFlow
TensorFlow is an open source machine learning platform for building and training models. Developers use it to create ML applications across various environments, from research to production systems. The platform provides an ecosystem of tools and libraries that handle different aspects of machine learning workflows, including web applications, mobile and edge device deployment, and production pipelines. TensorFlow supports multiple programming languages and runs on Android, Linux, Windows, and macOS. It was developed by Google Brain and is distributed under the Apache Software License 2.0.
The framework offers intuitive APIs and pre-built components to simplify model creation and training. It includes specialized variants for different use cases: a JavaScript version for web-based machine learning, a lite version for resource-constrained devices, and a production-focused pipeline framework. The project provides extensive documentation, tutorials, and community resources to support developers at all skill levels working with machine learning.
